How can I open the chest in the cave of Aleria?
Once you find yourself inside the cave of Aleria, you have to pick up a chest among the available objects. The chest has a rotating mechanism that you will have to turn around.
Tip: Match the letters (runes) L and F to open the mechanism. What will you find inside the chest? Good Luck!
Can I download the video lessons?
Unfortunately, the video lessons are part of the Triskelion graphic adventure and can only be viewed while you have active license to the game. Once the access to the course is finished you can count on the lessons and readings compiled in the “Complete Book”. When you finish the course, you can download it through the “My Documents” tab on the students platform.
What city is Lucilio buried in?
To resolve this puzzle search in the internet for Lucius Annaeus Seneca and investigate in which city Seneca died.
To find out the exact place where he’s buried, search the internet for: “human-made subterranean passageways for religious practice”.
I have to slide the medallion over the three marks to discover the city where the treasure is located but I don’t know where I have to go
The three points are a reference to the tombs of the three guardians. The three guardians are James Joyce, Florence Nightingale and Heinrich Hertz and you have to find out in which cities they died or are buried in.
Slide the medallion over these cities and place the “eyes” of the outer circle of the medallion over the corresponding city points. The “eye” in the center of the medallion will indicate a specific city where the treasure is located.

To know which box you are looking for, remember that James Joyce mentions “the box in the number of the Triskelion …”.
To locate your code and open the safe, remember that Leonardo Pisano reveals the sequence in his book Liber Abaci.

I do not know what to do. I’m lost. What do I do now?
You can progress performing different actions:
– Perform tasks from your list of tasks so that time passes by.
– Revise your email if you have any outstanding emails and think whether it’s a good time to do it.
– Take a break meanwhile clicking on the mug icon (you will advance 30 minutes of your day).
– If you’re out of range in the calendar in any one of the scenarios of game, you can check your next goal in the in the top center part of the game screen.
How do I complete tasks?
The tasks are executed from the list of tasks, by clicking on the button that shows the completion time. If the time is red or the button is off, you can’t execute the task at the moment.
Some tasks have an orange mark in the shape of a triangle, what does it mean?
Tasks marked with an orange triangle are “3T” tasks. There are 3 a day and they are the most important tasks of the day. Complete them and you will get additional points.

I misclassified an email containing a task, have I lost the task?
Don’t worry. Regardless of how you classify e-mails, the associated task will be added to your task list.
What are the 3Ts? How can I find and complete them correctly?
A task marked by a red or orange corner is one of the 3Ts, which means they are part of today’s priorities. Prioritize them and try to complete them before the rest as this will affect the points you get at the end of the day. You will see it has an orange/red corner, both in the task and in the context (home, street, office, laptop/phone, etc.)
You may find yourself unable to complete one of these whenever you are not in the right context, so you will have to wait until you actually are so as to complete them.
It can also happen that you have marked important tasks (3T) on days when you cannot resolve them, usually due to lack of time (very long tasks, little time available in the agenda). Just like in real life, there can always be unforeseen events that will make it impossible for us to fulfill our purposes one hundred percent. The Triskelion system brings us closer to the total management of our time, but it is impossible to complete it perfectly. The objective is to get as close as possible!

How do I know how many e-mails I have?
In the upper left corner of your screen.The number of unread messages is indicated in the red circle that appears superimposed on the button of the inbox (envelope).
What is the best strategy for e-mails?
If you don’t have to do a task, delete it. If you can do a task in less than 3 minutes, do it now. Add the longer tasks to the task list, to do when you have time. Add appointments to your calender with a specific date and time. Delete any irrelevant emails.
I misclassified an e-mail containing a meeting, have I lost the meeting?
Don’t worry. Regardless of how you classify e-mails, the associated meeting will be added to your calendar.
I do not know how to solve a puzzle!
Triskelion is a game of exploration, intrigue and investigation. We do not give you all the information necessary to progress because you must practice like a real detective and look for clues on the Internet. As a last resort, you can use the “solve” button, for a small penalty.
What context am I in?
The calendar tells you, by means of color and icons, the context which you find yourself in.
The quickest way to check the context you’re in is to look at the time box on the calendar. In the box you will see the name and the context icon.
Remember that some tasks require specific contexts to be completed.
How do I increase my score?
Every day check your mobile. In the tab “achievements” you will find all the things that will allow you to score points throughout the day. In general, pay attention to the teachings of the Order of Wisdom and apply them in the game.
Where do I get the information to solve the tests of the Order of Wisdom?
The information to solve each test of the Order of Wisdom is found in the previous reading. Pay close attention and remember his teachings!
I‘m in the Pyramid of Cheops and I don’t know how to continue, what do I have to do?
Once you are in the Pyramids of Cheops, you have to access the inside of the pyramid. Move your cursor around the walls until you find a clue.

I don’t know how to keep on in a cryptex puzzle. What should I do?
If you have to solve a cryptex puzzle and have difficulties opening it, you can click on “solution” (you will be penalized, but it will allow you to continue). So as to find the solution out, you should have a look at all the items you have gathered in your inventory so far. You can do that by clicking on the folder icon (bottom of the screen).
Tip: the correct answer is number Pi, but remember to round the figure to get an exact number! Good luck!
I‘m in Aleria and I don’t know how to keep on. What should I do?
Once you are in Aleria, you will have to look into how to access the cave through a secret entrance. As it is a secret one, why don’t you try moving your cursor around the screen until you find that entrance? Good luck!

Where can I find Najaty?
To locate Najaty and be able to answer the interaction correctly you will have to read the letter written to Dalia carefully. Najaty names as location “The Seven Pillars of Wisdom”.
Tip: the answer is the name of a famous desert valley located in Jordan. Good luck!
What are the three marks?
If you’ve reached this point, you already know you should pay attention to the videos and revise all of the clues that you’re finding along the way to find out the correct answers.

How does Triskelion score work? Why have the points not been added correctly?
During the game of Triselion you will have to complete a series of challenges to be able to advance in the adventure, keep in mind that if you respond correctly to these challenges, you DO NOT get points.
Points are obtained as you make correct decisions related to time management and productivity, such as managing your inbox well and balancing the different parts of your life.
At the end of the turn (virtual day) you will receive feedback about your turn, where you can see:
- In green the points obtained for having correctly carried out certain actions.
- In red, the points that you have missed out on for not having correctly completed the actions (points are not deducted).
- The penalties obtained by taking a “clue” (- 1) or “solution” (- 3) when responding to the challenges or if you have failed in some questions
In Triskelion you do not lose points, you only get ” penalties ” which are tie-break points, that is, if two people have the same score the one with fewer penalties will ranks higher.
How does the ranking order of Triskelion work?
This is how the ranking order of Triskelion works:
- Total points (the more the better)
- If points are equal, then Penalties comes into play (the less the better)
- If penalties are equal, then turn comes into play (the further the better).
Please keep in mind that, during the game, ranking will only show your friends progress at that same level you’re playing now (to check scores).
How does stress affect energy?
An increase in your level of stress results in a decrease your energy level. If you have a lot of stress, you will see that your energy bar has an orange area. That orange part is the part of energy that you are losing because of stress.
The game is freezing. My screen has stayed white.
