I don’t know what to do, I’m lost. What do I do now?
The game will guide you through the next steps you have to take to continue. Make sure to wait few seconds so that the instructions are loaded correctly. If you see a character on the screen, interact by clicking on them and use the navigation arrows to go through the conversation.
If you are on a lesson, you can click on the ‘Continue’ button once you finish reading. If you encounter in a dialogue with one of the characters, simply choose the correct option to advance.
While performing the test, you will have two options, ‘Review’ button to see the correct and wrong answers and the ’Start over’ button to redo the test. You must have all of the questions correct in order to continue.
Once you have finished everything in the current level, to advance simply click on the ‘Complete Level’ button that appears on the bottom left.
How can I consult the lessons and notes while playing?
You can access the reference documents by clicking on the Mobile Phone -> Notes -> Reference documents. You will also be able to view any hints (if available) that you find in the game, review the skills you have obtained and check the ranking panel as well.
How can I see the ranking?
You can access the ranking panel by clicking on the Mobile Phone -> Ranking. You will also be able to view any hints (if available) that you find in the game, review the skills you have obtained and refer to the documents obtained throughout the game.
How can I resolve the puzzles?
After reading the lessons you will have to put in practice what you are learning through puzzles. If you have any doubts resolving the puzzles, you have three possible options.
- Information: click on the ‘i’ button to find out more about the exercise and how to resolve it.
- Hint: click on the icon with a puzzle piece on the hand so that you get a clue to the puzzle. (CAREFUL! This results in point reduction.)
- Complete puzzle: click on the icon with a finished puzzle to resolve the puzzle. (CAREFUL! This results in point reduction.)
